Although I spent a good deal of time at the Nuremberg Trade Fair talking to manufacturers and distributors, one of the most pleasant experiences I had was talking with the team of the Polish company Adalbertus - this is a company which does a LOT of material for many different areas of the hobby...
First of all, a few words of explanation is necessary. Although manufacturers in their own right, Adalbertus are also the sole exporters/agents for the following brands:

Adalbertus: Figures (120mm, 1/35th and 1/48th)

Ademola22: Busts in 200 and 250mm

08 Oddzial Osmy - Wargaming figures in 20mm, 15mm and 1/600th scale

Techmod - Aviation Decals in a variety of scales along with some resin accesory sets.

Toro Model Poland - 1/48th scale aviation figures, 1/35th scale figures, in particular their 'Warsaw Uprising' range.

With a report such as this, it's difficult to know where to begin. Amongst the ranges available from Adalbertus two should by now be developing an 'identity' within the Kitmaker Network - Techmod in Aviation and Toro Model in figures and armor.

Adalbertus' product range is vast - ranging from items such as 1/48th scale Polish Aircrew to some very nice looking busts in 250mm.

In the coming days, quite a number of the company's products are going to be appearing in the reviews sections of the Network. In figures, both on Historicus Forma and on Armorama are going to see some of the 'Warsaw Uprising' figures in 1/35th scale whereas AeroScale will see some very nice looking 1/48th scale figures and accesories.

However, at the end of the day, a report such as this can only go so far, so a visit to the company website is strongly recommended. It can be seen: Adalbertus Website (LINK)

Finally, I would like to express my thanks to Adalbertus and. in particular, to Wojciech Bulhak, for the time he dedicated to the Kitmaker Network at Nuremberg.

Have you tried changing the language to English? It didn't work months ago, and I just tried again. It still doesn't work. Yet another Polish company that can't get its act togther. Techmod decals? You can get them from Hannants, Aeroclub, Aviation Megastore, Jadar Shop, and plenty of other places.

Well Antoni, I was using the site yesterday and yes it's available in English. You don't like the story? Fine, but do please avid the nasty little jibes (for example).. Trust me, the Polish companies I deal with are a damned sight more efficient than the majority of British ones. I'll buy from Poland LONG before i'd ever consider buying from Britain...

Hi Antoni I have to agree with Jim on this one - I've never experienced any problem using Adalbertus's site in English and I've found them (as with most other Eastern European vendors) extremely helpful and efficient. All the best Rowan

No language problems here, maybe Antoni needs to clean his cache out? Anyway, I like the fact they accept Paypal for payments. Keeps me from running up the credit cards. :-)
