J2M5 Release anounced on Hasegawa web site.
The J2M was developed and designed by Jiro Horikoshi, creator of the celebrated A6M Zero. The high-altitude J2M5 variant featured an 1,820 hp (1,357 kW) MK4U-A Kasei 26a engine with mechanical supercharger, twin 20 mm Type 99 Model II cannons in the wings and twin 20 mm Type 99 cannons in the fuselage. Only forty-three J2M5s were produced. This limited edition kit features new radiator, machine gun, nose panel and canopy parts.
