As reported on Aeroscale earlier Tarangus will be releasing the fighter version of the Saab Lansen later this year in 1/48 scale. Tarangus have announced plans to release one of the worlds most distinctive looking jet fighters in 1/48 scale the Saab Viggen.
As earlier advised, the J32B fighter Lansen will appear in Q3 this year. However, we're already working on the next kit from Tarangus, which is the JA37 Viggen! The Viggen kit is expected to hit the shelves no later than during Q1 2013.

Details of the Viggen are not on their website just yet, but I am sure it will be soon. Until then I cant wait to see the Lansen 32B fighter.

If it's anything like the Lansen it's going to be spectacular. Apart from the Draken and the Gripen, Swedish designs have been sadly neglected. It's good to see that changing. After this the 105? Then maybe the Safir? Can we dream of J-21s?
