On the Phantom Models website we have found five interesting flight deck vehicles which can be seen on US Navy, Australian, Russian, Spanish, French or Brazilian carriers in 1/72 scale. Producer of these vehicles is F4 Models company.
Pictures and desriptions of the model kits listed belowe were taken from the Phantom Models website.

Flight deck tractor – Soviet / Russian Navy
Item No: FM7003

These tractors were specially designed for towing aircraft on Soviet Navy carriers. They entered service with the Kiev class heavy aircraft-carrying cruisers ("TAKR" in Russian) in mid 1970s and later continued to serve on the Admiral Kuznetsov, where several vehicles are still in use.
On a diorama this vehicle may accompany such aircraft as Yak-38, Su-33, Su-25UTG as well as Kamov helicopters (Ka-25, -27 and -31).

NC-1A aircraft starter unit – U.S. Navy
Item No.: FM7006

NC-1A is a dedicated aircraft starter unit designed for service on carrier decks. Created on the frame of the Willys CJ-3A commercial 4x4 vehicle, NC-1A served on all U.S. Navy carriers throughout 1950s and 1960s.
On a diorama this vehicle may accompany such aircraft as F9F Panther and Cougar, F2H Banshee; FJ-3 and -4 Fury; F7U Cutlass; F11F Tiger; S2F Tracker.

The model is made of resin; photo etched parts, decal and instruction sheet are included.

Flight deck tractor – Royal Australian Navy>
Item No. FM7010

These flight deck tractors served on the Royal Australian Navy's carrier HMAS Melbourne from the late 1960s until the ship's decommission.
On a diorama this vehicle may accompany such RAN aircraft as A-4 Skyhawk and S-2 Tracker, as well as Wessex and Sea King helicopters.

Compact aircraft handler – Spanish Navy
Item No: FM7011

This compact unit has been designed to handle aircraft in confined spaces, in particular on flight decks and in hangars aboard carriers and amphibious ships. It is currently in service with the Spanish Navy (Armada Española) on the Príncipe de Asturias aircraft carrier and Juan Carlos I LHD.
On a diorama this vehicle may accompany Spanish AV-8 Matadors or SH-3 Sea Kings.

Flight deck tractor – French Navy / Brazilian Navy
Item No. FM7012

These aircraft tow tractors first saw service on the decks of Clemenceau and Foch carriers of the French Navy. Afterwards, when Foch was sold to Brazil, her compliment of tractors went on to serve with the newly commissioned A12 São Paulo.
On a diorama this vehicle may accompany such Marine Nationale aircraft as Alize, Etendard / Super Etendard and F-8 Crusader, as well as Alouette and Super Frelon helicopters. When modelling the São Paulo's deck, the tractor would fit well along Brazilian Skyhawk jets, Cougar and Sea King helicopters. It can even be matched to an Argentinean S-2 Turbo Tracker as those visit the Brazilian carrier from time to time.
