Well, if a model company owned and financed by billionaire Sir Peter Jackson cannot keep afloat, who can? I rather suspect it is simply a revision of their now established business model rather than any attempt to maximise revenue just to "keep going."

Hi again

Well, one way or another, I've paid the dreaded UK customs and Parcel Force charges for the last time under the old scheme. My Albatros D.Va (OAW) is in the country and I coughed up £19.24, so it'll really interesting to see how much the kits work out at in future.
