The first "bubble-top" P-47 was the -25 version. It was a major success, and every subsequent P-47 production version used this configuration.

You certainly did the P-47-25 Jug justice with your build. An excellent job of applying the NMF. Weathering really is done quite nicely. Not too much, yet not under done either.

If that were on an appropriate base it could easily pass for the real thing. Very impressive. I particularly like how you've nailed the panel lines--highlighted, without being overdone.

Beautiful work! Hasegawa's kits often get overlooked since the Tamiya releases, but you shown just how good one of their Jugs can look in skilled hands.
