Sorry to Bug you guys again,

I've just bushed on 2 coats of Klear floor polish (old formula)
Are there any tricks to cleaning brushes.Or will straight water and detergent do.

Straight water should do if it's still wet. If it's gone dry, try soaking the brush in window cleaner.

And if you have really hard stuck on clear just let them soak in Ammonia cleaner. Ammonia is also good if your clear coat for some strange reason starts to turn white on you which has happened to me. I have the pic's

It's early evening here on the Left Coast of the giant rock which sits between the Atlantic and Pacific.

I use a 2 part cleaning method:
1-Windex or off brand window cleaner with Ammonia.
2-follow with a cleaning of running water.

If you use an Aztek (as I used to) I found Future would creep back through the opening for the air. The Future would build up and prevent the snug fit around the projecting metal pin (air valve). When Future builds up and dries in small areas like this , you have to pick at it with a needle point, or some such tool to emove it. This would happen no mater what, necessitating stripping down and cleaning although Aztek warns against opening the airbrush. I since switched to Iwata where cleaning is faster and easier, and the gun works first time, every time!
