Hi Gang, had a little bit of a windfall recently so I thought I`d treat myself to this kit, whilst I was waiting for it to arrive I did some "Googling" and found out that the wheels in the kit are a bit on the small side.
The two schools of thought suggest that the early versions had small wheels, whilst others suggest replacing them with some form of replacement.
I thought I`d bounce this one off you guys as to which way to go - leave them as is or replace them with A/M ones (perhaps with resin ones for the P-51 Mustang).
If anyone out there has built this kit ANY guidance is appreciated.

True details advertises a set to fit both the Corsair and the Hellcat, so if you find a set of 1/32 Corsair wheels then they should be correct for your Hellcat as well. Lone Star Models does a set with diamond pattern tread.

Thanks for the info Jessie - I think I`ll have to go with the resin P-51 wheels as ordering "from across the pond" is a bit too much hassle.
I have found some wheels on E-Bay that are pretty close so I`ll go with those.
Ta Very Much !!
